Ingredients: Full Spectrum 3500mg 30ml: MCT oil, PCR Hemp Extract, Full Spectrum 1500mg 30ml: Hemp Seed Oil, PCR Hemp Extract
MCT Oil: Full Spectrum CBD with MCT oil is a popular supplement because of the way CBD oil works synergistically with MCTs to promote health and wellness. MCT oil is a great addition to a fitness routine due to its naturally rich nutrient profile and intrinsic health-supporting benefits.
How to Use:
Place the oil under the tongue, wait about 60 seconds, and then swallow (if needed use water or juice to wash away the taste). It is fine to experiment with this step.
Does it work better for you when you leave it under your tongue for longer?
The reason for this sublingual use is two-fold. First, there are no taste buds under our tongue, so the hempy taste is less noticeable. Second, CBD soaks into the capillaries under the tongue to go directly into the bloodstream more quickly.
Recommended serving size
FULL SPECTRUM 3500MG has a recommended serving size of 0.5mL (or 15 drops). That equals 58mg of full-spectrum cannabinoids, primarily CBD. This can be taken once or twice per day. (This is only a suggested serving size).
The time of day is up to your unique wellness goals. Try taking it an hour before issues arise. For instance, if better sleep is a goal, consider a serving one hour before bed.
How long does it take to work?
When taking CBD oil for the first time, it can take 1-2 weeks of consistent use for it to build up in the body. Some people notice a difference right away, while others don’t until after that build-up period.
How Much to Take?
As with most CBD products, recommended use instructions will vary from person to person. It is recommended that you start with a moderate application wherever you need it and then increase the amount after monitoring your initial results.
How Long for Desired Results?
Generally, we suggest maintaining a daily CBD regimen for at least two to three weeks before making any major adjustments. This method will allow for the CBD to closely interact with the body more naturally, allowing CBD to build up within your system. Again, start with a smaller dosage and then adjust as required.
Store in a cool, dark area or in the refrigerator for long-term storage. Gently swirl the bottle before use, do not shake aggressively.
The difference between CBD Isolate Vs Full Spectrum CBD?
There are two main forms of CBD on the market – Full Spectrum CBD and CBD Isolate. More often than not, when people are referring to CBD they are referring to full spectrum tinctures.
Full Spectrum CBD and CBD Isolate differ in the fact that one has a full spectrum blend of the various cannabinoids found in the hemp plant like CBN, CBDV, THCV, CBG, CBC, THCA, CBDA. The other has only one specific cannabinoid that is extracted- CBD. As its name suggests the CBD is isolated and is the only ingredient used from the hemp plant.
The benefit of having the full spectrum of flavonoids, terpenes, and other cannabinoids is to achieve the entourage effect - which means all the cannabinoids are “working” in synergy together.
CBD Isolate, on the other hand, should not contain any other cannabinoids, therefore removing the possibility of producing the high feeling associated with THC.
This is the main reason that people tend to choose CBD Isolate over Full Spectrum, to avoid higher THC levels and to avoid the high feeling. Having said that whilst our full spectrum products contain THC, it is within the legal limits allowed for THC which is 0.3% or less.

Why CBD and why it is effective?
The benefits of CBD is partially due to mother nature’s brilliance in plant design, but credit is also due to our human body’s design. In this little article, we will explain why CBD works in our bodies.
Generally speaking, whenever we experience stress, whether physical, emotional or mental it can affect our body’s sense of homeostasis or balance. We can experience unpleasant symptoms. In order to manage our body’s response to stress, it calls on our Endocannabinoid System or ECS which is designed to promote homeostasis (balance).
What is the ECS?
In the same way that a plane’s electronics work to monitor temperature, pressure and fuel levels, so our body has its own means of monitoring the important levels and functions in our body. However, when something is out of balance it calls on the ECS to fix it. If our temperature is too high or too low, or out of the right range, our body activates the ECS to help correct it. When we get too hot our ECS begins working to cool us down. Our ECS is the human body’s own system to assist with whatever is out of balance.
How does ECS work?
The three backbones of the Endocannabinoid System (ECS) are:
2: Metabolic Enzymes
3: Cannabinoid Receptors (CB Receptors)
The CB receptors are the first step in the process. The CB receptors are the spark that triggers the body to produce a certain endocannabinoid (which is a cannabis-like molecule) to treat the symptom. Once the endocannabinoid is released it goes to work to bring whatever was out of balance back into balance. Once they have done their job, certain enzymes come along to break them down and prevent them from going too far and upsetting the balance in the opposite direction.
We have (at least) two types of cannabinoid receptors:
CB1 which is in the central nervous system (brain and nerves of the spinal cord)
CB2 is in the peripheral nervous system (nerves in your extremities), the digestive system, and specialized cells in the immune system.
Through these receptors, the ECS helps regulate a lot of important functions, such as:
Inflammation, including neuroinflammation
Homeostasis is essential to our health and survival, so when the ECS isn't working properly, it can cause a lot of problems for you.
CBD acts upon CB1 and CBD2 receptors to produce several positive outcomes. CBD stimulates the endocannabinoid system, promotes homeostasis, reduces pain sensation, and decreases inflammation.
